Moebius Microgliss Oils D (D2 to D5)

The Microgliss D group offers oils designed with a combination of mineral and refined vegetable oils, enriched with special additives to provide excellent stability and high pressure resistance.

General characteristics:

  • Oils available with increasing viscosities: D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5.
  • Operating temperatures:
    • D2: -30°C to +70°C
    • D3: -22°C to +80°C
    • D4: -15°C to +80°C
    • D5: -5°C to +80°C

Visual aspects:

  • Blue-green (D2 and D3)
  • Brown-green (D4 and D5)

Applications:

  • Oil D2: Ideal for low temperature conditions, requires pre-treatment against oil spreading (with epilame).
  • Oils D3, D4, and D5: Suitable for bearings exposed to high pressures, depending on the required safety margin.
